Registration payments can be made online or through mail.

OPTION 1: E-TRANSFER to cag@cagcanada.ca. Please include your name and registration fee type (Physician, Early Bird Nurse, Nurse after August 14th). Set the password to 'registration.'

OPTION 2: CHEQUE mailed to the Canadian Apheresis Group by August 14, 2023. CAG mailing address: 150 Montreal Road, Suite 311 Ottawa, Ontario, K1L 8H2.

NOTE: The registration fee (& process) is separate from the hotel’s accommodation cost (& booking):
